Our staff is well-versed in Caltrans manuals, including the Construction Manual, Safety Manual, Falsework Manual, Trenching and Shoring Manual, Concrete Technology Manual, Bridge Construction Records and Procedures, Foundation Manual, Prestress Manual, and Deck Construction Manual, as well as the Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM).


We are also highly familiar with the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (Green Book), Standard Plans, and other essential public works references. Our team excels at interpreting plans, specifications, special provisions, and contract documents, and is experienced with APWA standards, Building and Electrical Codes, County Flood Control standards, and CSI Codes.
